COTECCONS TOWN HALL 2023: HONORING OUTSTANDING TEAMS AND INDIVIDUALS

The year 2023 witnessed the flourishing spirit of innovation and the aspiration to make a difference at Coteccons – Unicons. Amidst many challenges and upheavals, Coteccons – Unicons is writing new chapters through continuous creativity and development, forming a solid foundation for future successes. Coteccons – Unicons not only built great projects but also created a strong community where each member can grow and reach new heights.

The slogan “OWN IT” was a significant hallmark for Coteccons – Unicons in 2023. Here, “OWN IT” is not just a slogan, but a mindset and a way of living. It means taking ownership of actions, work, responsibilities, challenges, opportunities, initiatives, and differing opinions without needing someone to push, without pretending to agree, or fearing confrontation when work demands speed. This is the foundation of “Self-Mastery” and “Ownership” that unleashes the boundless potential of everyone, striving toward a “Dream Team.” The ‘Own It’ culture not only motivates but also empowers us to overcome all challenges and achieve great success.

The 2023 Coteccons – Unicons Trophy was once again designed in the shape of an eagle’s wing, symbolizing strength and freedom, the stronger the storm, the higher the eagle soars. Combining materials like concrete and mica, the trophy not only represents the construction site and office but also symbolizes unity and harmony in building a “dream team” that looks in one direction, leading Coteccons – Unicons to rise and expand its future globally. The trophy’s new design this year also encourages each individual to reach new heights, broaden their horizons, and transcend national borders to achieve international stature.

Awards such as The Best Warrior, Project Manager of the Year, Employee of the Year, and The Best Team of the Year were given to individuals, departments, and construction sites that achieved outstanding performance over the past year, honoring contributions not only from a single person but also the synergy of a strong collective.

If we look deeper into each awarded prize, we will see that the ‘The Best Team of The Year’ award, given to the IT and Tender Departments, is a clear demonstration of the “OWN IT” spirit – daring to act and take responsibility. The IT team worked tirelessly to restore systems in the fight against hacker attacks, keeping our technology infrastructure safe and stable. Meanwhile, the Tender team worked day and night to secure multi-billion-dollar projects for the company.

Departments, construction sites, and individuals took turns receiving their trophies and the titles of Outstanding Team and Outstanding Individual.

Once again, Coteccons – Unicons gathered to honor and congratulate the outstanding individuals and teams who have excelled in completing their tasks and achieving significant milestones on the journey of marking Coteccons – Unicons on the international map.
