COTECCONS RECRUITMENT BOOTH ATTRACTS STUDENTS AT HANOI CONSTRUCTION UNIVERSITY

With the goal of incubating the generation of Coteccons and introducing career opportunities to students in construction major throughout the country, the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Construction of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering successfully organized graduation project defense ceremony for students of bilingual classes K62XE, XF, as well as Farewell & Student career orientation ceremony in Dong Mo, Son Tay, Hanoi. At the graduation project defense ceremony, Coteccons Group assigned an expert to join the XE Council to help evaluate products and find potential factors with good professional qualifications and foreign languages, and abilities to work flexibly in an international environment. Participating in the Farewell Ceremony and Career Day at corporate booths, the Coteccons Human Resource Department organized a variety of booth activities to promote the company image such as: learning about Coteccons through Kahoot minigames, experiencing becoming a civil engineer when wearing a unique Coteccons suit. With many practical and close-knit activities, students have the opportunity to learn more about Coteccons as well as get closer to the professional working environment, and at the same time seize career opportunities in the leading enterprise in the field of construction in Vietnam.

HOUSES GIVE SCHOOLING OPPORTUNITIES TO CHILDREN

Each completed charity house in Huong Phung commune gives one more child the opportunity to go to school. A house is not only a place to live, but it also opens the door for children in Huong Phung commune to have the opportunity to go to school, learn letters, and gain knowledge. Their future will be brighter, no longer hanging around in poor neighborhoods. We landed at Phu Bai airport and then continued to move by car to Huong Phung commune, Quang Tri province. The journey lasted nearly 5 hours. The distance was not too long, but the closer we reached the destination, the more dangerous the roads were due to landslides. Huong Phung commune, located near the Lao Bao international border gate, is one of the poorest mountainous communes in Quang Tri province. This place endures all the harshest weather in the Western Quang Tri region. When it is sunny, the wind blows fiercely; when it rains, it is pouring rain. Because of that, the people here always live in poor and difficult conditions. Every time it rains, and floods come, houses, fields, and gardens are flushed in the flood. Last year, the houses of the Van Kieu ethnic group living there were all washed away. All that remained were tears and worries about a home when Tet was coming close. NEXT-GEN – BUILDING FUTURES PROGRAM CREATES CAREER DREAMS FOR STUDENTS OF HANOI UNIVERSITY OF CONSTRUCTION

On the morning of June 17, 2022, Coteccons cooperated with the Faculty of Civil & Industrial Engineering, Hanoi National University of Civil Engineering to organize the signing ceremony of the 2022-2023 cooperation agreement, discussion, and awarding of scholarships to students. The event was attended by representatives of the university and the faculty: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang Giang – Vice-Rector of the university, Dr. Nguyen Tien Dung – Head of International Cooperation Department, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thanh Tung – Dean of Faculty of Civil Engineering, Prof. Dr. Tran Minh Tu – Vice Dean of Faculty of Civil Engineering, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Manh Tuan – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering. On the side of Coteccons Group, there was the attendance of Ms. Pham Thi Bich Ngoc – Deputy General Director of Coteccons, Mr. Tran Dinh Vu – Project Director of Coteccons, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truong – Deputy Head of Coteccons Construction Quality Management Department, Mr. Ho Phi Long – Head of Human Resources and Administration Department of Unicons.
