World Environment Day 05.06, the Site Management Board of NovaWorld Phan Thiet has implemented the action program “For a brighter life” for a green, clean, and beautiful environment, responding to the #GreenUp campaign with Novaland to clean the beach in Tien Thanh commune, Phan Thiet. The event was attended by the Vice Chairman of the Phan Thiet People’s Committee and contractors.

COTECCONS HONORED IN THE TOP 10 SUSTAINABLE MANUFACTURING COMPANIES AT CSI 2024

Hanoi, November 29, 2024 – Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company proudly earned a spot in the Top 10 Sustainable Companies in the Manufacturing sector at the Corporate Sustainability Index (CSI 2024). The CSI 2024 program, organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in collaboration with the Central Economic Commission, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, is based on the 2024 Corporate Sustainability Index (CSI). This index comprises 153 comprehensive indicators spanning economic performance, corporate governance, social responsibility, and environmental impact. Of these, 62% focus on compliance, while 38% include advanced criteria designed to encourage businesses to not only achieve operational efficiency but also enhance competitiveness and resilience in the face of global economic fluctuations. Ms. Đinh Thị Ngọc Bích, Independent Member of Coteccons’ ESG Subcommittee, represented the company in receiving the award. LAUNCHING THE GREENUP MARATHON – LONG AN HALF MARATHON 2024

– In support of the Green Vietnam project, Coteccons pledges to donate one green tree for each athlete who completes 5 km. – 11,000 trees in each province will contribute to the goal of planting primary forests in Quang Binh and Quang Tri. Ho Chi Minh City, June 18, 2024 – Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company (HoSE: CTD) in partnership with Tuoi Tre Newspaper, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Long An Province and Dong Tam Company held a Press Conference to announce the launch of the third season of GreenUP Marathon – Long An Half Marathon 2024 with the message “Run beyond the finish line”. The running event is expected to attract more than 4,000 athletes to participate in Can Giuoc District, Long An Province on August 24, 2024, with 3 distances: 5km – 10km – 21km. Accordingly, the Organizing Committee offers a special prize, which is an airplane ticket and a ticket to participate in the Laguna Phuket Marathon, taking place in Thailand in 2025 for the First Male – First Female position at the 21km distance.
